Was watching Southpark when I saw the preview of Fallout 3. Seems to be a nice game. The gameboy theme really looks retro but a very unique theme I must say. Too bad I dun have an iphone or else I will definitely download it.

I handed my 40d to a family friend to take pic #6. It isn't the best example of DSL shooting to be sure :) That being said, the lens isn't that bad for outside shots with the built in image stabilization.

Finally.

Even if I like more the Blizzard style announce: hell, it's about time.

but... looking at the time it will be tonight for me :( ... but, since I waited for so long, waiting a bunch of hours more won't be an issue.

yeah I don't think i appreciate the blue and green look that much. Even if necromancer's choice is a litte bland, there are ways to give the game color and personality without painting everything blue.

i don't think its fair either for the author of the blog to claim he can't see what's going on, especially since it is a static image. the first time iplayed starcraft, i couldn't tell a barracks from a factory, but before long, they looke dentirely different, and the game was easy to see, if you know waht I mean.

another thing, especially for dungeons, i did like the light radius. I agree some of those modified shots would require a lot of pixel shaders and destroy any current system, but adding a light radius is perfectly possible. and as long as the graphics are scalable, why not add some shaders?

another thing, i'm wondering what time of day these outside screenshots are taken in. If its a daytime shot, i have no problem with them (except maybe adding some nice shaders). with night time shots, i would like to see silhouettes and shadows, except within my light radius. heh it'd be interesting having a game that is too scary to play alone.

Fine.
So now let's give us a real good sci-fi mmo!
Set, for example, in Starcraft Galaxy! :)
I know I'm not the only one who wants this come out! We can't wait till BioWare and LucasArts have done the work!

I use a Nikon D40. Wouldn't mind a Canon ^_^
It's just that I already have lenses from my dad's old Nikon, hehe. But either way, I'm happy with it ^_^

Its actually really old...
The original <a href="http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/197868.asp?q=marvel%20capcom" rel="nofollow">Marvel vs. Capcom</a> was on Dreamcast.
It was later released on PS2 and Xbox (also MvC2).

By what I was told the diffuser should help with that - or also pointing it towards the ceiling (and possibly doing both).
You want to avoid the flash directly bouncing off your target, I guess.

My advice, however, for boxed goods would be to have some lights setup and avoid using any sort of flash :)

Im planning on buying a flash, I own a rebel XSI already
the diffuser will help with the plastic glare?
sometimes I take pictures of things still in packages and the reflection can be real shiny in the photos
