In Italy 29 Years to get a Post Card
The most recent news in Italy’s awesome ability to work as a well oiled machine is a teacher receiving a post card from one of her students.
Only details are…
1) The teacher is now retired…
2) The student is now 43 years old…
3) The post card was sent 29 years ago…
What the hell! I mean, 29 years ago… what did you do with it for 29 years? Is that the average length of a coffee break in Italy? It might just be so… I heard Italians take vacations from their coffee breaks cause they are too long and stressful!
Good Job Poste Italiane (aka Italian Postal Services)…
As for the question, everybody is thinking but nobody is asking - “Did that student send a post card to her teacher cause she was brown-nosing?” - we will go ahead and not answer, but simply assume “Yes.”
